This is beet and chocolate cake. I love things with a twist so when I saw the recipe I knew I had to make it. The beet is pureed in, so I can't really pick out the vegetable taste in the final product. I wouldn't say this is my favourite dessert, but it is very pleasant when accompanied with a cup of earl grey or expresso.
