Summer has finally came around and life is busy as usual ~ Anthony and I were recently learning vietnamese. Last Saturday we graduated from the language class . As a celebration we enjoy our favourite thing about Vietnam..... its FOOD !!! The fresh and flavourful salad roll paired with the smooth and nutty sauce was a hit with both adults and kids. It is kind of fun when you get to "design" your own roll. To finish the meal off we had simple shaved ice drizzled in condense milk , mango and lychee syrup and top with fruits. Baby Camila didn't enjoy any of that yet , but her big brother certainly did ~ It is so good to reconnect with friends over the dinner table ~
